Jacob was fantastic with multitasking and getting us all taken care of! He was a one man show this Saturday but yet moved effectively to get us in and out! Hard work for a young man but he handled everyone with professionalism and speed to get us taken care of. Great customer service and this is my new favorite location for Uhaul! I will be back for an emissions in January. Thank you for your hard work

Did emissions test last year and service was fabulous. This year it was very poor maybe because of change of personnel. The guy working now had headphones all the time and did not see my car waiting at the bay for good 5-10 mins. Then the guy had poor attitude and talked rudely while giving instructions as well as while taking parking. Overall the service has degraded especially when compared with the previous man who was on the job previously with poor professionalism and customer service.
